Terms and Conditions for SFP Works Tax Software

Offer Period:

This offer begins on March 31, 2026 and expires on December 31st, 2025. This promotion is available exclusively to first-time eligible purchasers of SFP Works tax software, provided directly by Swift Financial Partners, LLC (“Software Provider”) or through approved Customer Support channels.

Eligibility:

Offer applies to Service Bureaus, independent tax preparers, accounting professionals, and EROs (Electronic Return Originators) who:

1. Agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
2. Possess a valid Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN) and provide a copy of the EFIN verification letter to the Software Provider.

Software Pricing and Fees:

1. Purchase the SFP Works software for an annual licensing fee per site. Specific fees for technology, transmission, and service bureau processing will vary.
2. A non-refundable deposit of $99 is required to secure your license, with the remaining balance due by Mid-February 2025.
3. Add-on fees and rebates will be detailed separately based on your agreement.

Licensing Terms:

1. EROs are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SFP Works for direct tax preparation services only.
2. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the software is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing by Swift Financial Partners.
3. The software license renews annually unless canceled with a 30-day written notice after the end of the tax season.

Firm Relationship:

The relationship between Swift Financial Partners and the ERO is strictly business-to-business (B2B). EROs are prohibited from advertising their services as being “associated with” Swift Financial Partners.

Support and Updates:

Swift Financial Partners will provide:

1. Technical and software support.
2. Bank support for processing transactions.
3. Annual updates to the software for licensed users.
   Tax-related advice is not included in support services.

Refund Policy:

1. Refund requests must be submitted according to Swift Financial Partners’ established refund procedures.
2. Refunds are not available after 72 hours from purchase unless otherwise specified.

General Terms:

1. Offer valid only for individuals or business owners who are 18 years or older with a valid EFIN.
2. The offer is void where prohibited by law and subject to availability in the recipient’s region.
3. Terms and conditions are subject to amendment by Swift Financial Partners, and continued use of the software implies acceptance of these changes.
4. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, Franklin County.

Confidentiality Clause:

All terms and conditions herein are confidential. Breach of confidentiality will render this agreement null and void, and Swift Financial Partners reserves the right to pursue damages.
