Effective August 19, 2019, all individuals listed as a Principal or Responsible Official will be required to sign a new Terms of Agreement when adding individual(s) and/or Provider Option(s) to an e-file application. The Terms of Agreement include the Privacy Act and Paperwork Reduction Act Notice, and the FBI Privacy Act Statement.
Your application status will change to Resubmission Required and must be submitted to complete the application process. Your EFIN will remain active during this process.
